1. Who sells what

Prosko is a Chrome browser extension that monitors LinkedIn posts against keywords you define and alerts you when a post matches. It is published and maintained by Sherpaa (see the legal notice), referred to below as “we”.

The sale is made by Paddle.com Market Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 08172165, registered office at 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom, acting as Merchant of Record. The contract of sale is concluded with Paddle, which issues the invoice, collects applicable taxes and handles refunds under its own terms.

2. The product and its limits

Prosko runs in your browser and there is no account to create with us. Sorting posts, however, goes through our server: the text of the posts to be assessed is sent there, then submitted to an artificial intelligence model, without being kept — the privacy policy sets this out in detail. You may replace this with your own API key, in which case nothing passes through us. The extension only works while your browser is open.

It requires Chrome 116 or later, or a Chromium-based browser. Firefox and Safari are not supported.

No exhaustiveness is guaranteed. LinkedIn returns only a fraction of posts per search and changes its interface without notice, which may interrupt reading until an update is released. We commit to the quality of the software, not to a monitoring result.

3. Free trial

The extension can be tried free for 30 days from installation, with no credit card. After that, a subscription is required.

4. Price and payment

€6.99 per month or €69 per year. Applicable taxes are determined and added or included by Paddle at payment, depending on your country. The subscription starts once payment is confirmed.

5. Licence

One licence covers one person, on as many machines as they use, up to three simultaneous activations. The monthly analysis quota is attached to the subscription and shared between those machines: it is not multiplied by their number. Settings do not sync between machines. The licence may not be shared or resold.

6. Cancellation and expiry

The subscription renews automatically. You may cancel at any time and without notice, from the customer portal linked in your purchase email, or by writing to contact@prosko.app. The subscription runs until its expiry date, with no further renewal and no pro-rata refund.

At expiry, scans stop. Data stored on your machine remains until you uninstall the extension, which deletes it. There is no account to close with us.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have fourteen days to withdraw. As this is digital content supplied immediately, that right lapses if you expressly consented to immediate supply and waived withdrawal when ordering (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The 30-day free trial lets you evaluate the product before any payment. Refunds are handled by Paddle.

8. Artificial intelligence assistant

An optional additional filtering stage using artificial intelligence is offered. It runs on an API key you supply and take out with a third party, which bills you directly. Without a key, the extension runs on keyword filtering alone.

9. Liability

We use reasonable means to keep the software working and updated. We cannot be held liable for unavailability attributable to a third party, in particular LinkedIn, nor for an opportunity missed because a post was not detected. You remain responsible for how you use the extension and for complying with the terms of the services you access.

10. Personal data

Processing is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, contact us at contact@prosko.app: we will look for an amicable solution before any proceedings.
